RETURN, REFUND, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days with giving us a reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

A. Returns Policy

Since our products are handmade art pieces:
Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • Order number

Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color variations

  • Change of mind

  • Customized or commissioned artwork

B. Refund Policy
  • Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product was damaged).

C. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.


D. Shipping Policy
  • Orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days (unless otherwise stated).

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier or unforeseen events.


E. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
